Bio REM

Our Biological Remediation Agent is an NSF Certified blend of high-quality organic enzymes and non-pathogenic bacteria that is formulated specifically to biodegrade organic materiel and eliminate wastewater problems.

Bio REM

  • Breaks down organic waste
  • Enhances and speeds up the composting process
  • Eliminates fats, oils and grease
  • Fights Algae blooms
  • Consumes excess water-based nutrients

The concentrated Lipase Enzymes work together with our secret blend of Bacteria to digest these wastes. That’s right, Bio REM is NOT an emulsifier. We don’t push problems around, we eliminate them.

Wastewater Treatment

Bio REM can be applied to ponds, dams, tanks, etc, the bacteria and enzymes eat their way through any and all organic waste in the system and do not adversely affect plant and equipment.

In fact, Bio REM can eliminate issues within operating facilities as well by digesting excess material, reducing Biochemical Oxygen Demand, Fats, Oils and Grease, Total Suspended Solids, and lowering environmentally hazardous chemicals such as Phosphorus and Ammonia.

As a by product, odors are eliminated throughout the system which will reduce issues with the local community.

Bio REM ensures that any organic waste stream or effluent headed for the environment is in its best possible condition to bring no harm and only benefit to the life it encounters.

Composting Systems

Our all-natural biological remediation agent accelerates the aerobic composting process by optimising microbial decomposition.

The biological additive works in conjunction with traditional composting processes, ensuring the elimination of pathogens, and maximising nutrient availability.

Overseas experience has demonstrated the biological additive can increase the speed of the traditional compositing process by greater than 20%.

How our Biological Agent Enhances the Composting Process

Mechanism of Action (Enzymatic Bioaugmentation):
Our product is a proprietary blend of specialized bacteria and high-concentration enzymes. In large-scale composting of organic material these enzymes act as biological catalysts that immediately begin breaking down complex organic molecular chains (fats, oils, grease, and cellulose) into simpler, bioavailable nutrients.

Accelerated Microbial Colonization:
Providing a concentrated "starting dose" of microorganisms, passes the typical "lag phase" of indigenous microbial growth. This rapid colonization allows the compost pile to reach thermophilic temperatures (55–65°C) faster, which is critical for destroying pathogens and meeting EPA standards.

Processing Efficiency:
By accelerating the initial breakdown of stubborn organic matter, we typically see a significant reduction in total maturation and curing time. While exact results vary by feedstock, our technology optimizes oxygen uptake and reduces the frequency of mechanical turning required to maintain aerobic conditions.

Odor and Leachate Management:
Rapid aerobic digestion mitigates anaerobic pockets that cause foul odors (H₂S and ammonia) and reduces the organic load in leachate, making high-volume facilities easier to manage in sensitive regions.

Algae Blooms

One of the main drivers of algae blooms is excess nutrients, particularly nitrogen and phosphorus, entering water bodies.

These nutrients often come from agricultural runoff, fertilizers, decomposing organic material, manure, sewage, detergents, and industrial waste.

When these nutrients accumulate, they act as food for algae, causing rapid growth, a process known as eutrophication

Our Biological Remediation Agent is formulated specifically to biodegrade organic material and to eliminate excess water-based nutrients
